Nepal Tourism Board partners with American Express and Himalayan Bank to promote Nepal tourism
Nepal Tourism Board will play a key role in the promotion of the program in various countries through trade fairs, offline and social media. Nepal Tourism Board will tie up with Nepalese Embassies in France, UK and Japan for a promotional program in the respective countries.

Mr. Tulasi Prasad Gautam has been elected as the Chairman in BOD of Himalayan Bank Limited. The BOD Meeting no. 381 dated February 12, 2020 has unanimously elected Mr. Gautam as the Chairman of the Bank. Newly elected Chairman Mr. Gautam has taken oath of secrecy in front of Deputy Governor Mr. Chintamani Siwakoti .
The AGM was chaired by the Chairman of the BOD Mr. Manoj Bahadur Shrestha. The AGM has declared 5percent bonus share and10.7895 percent cash dividend on the paid-up capital to the shareholders. After issuance of the bonus shares Bank’s paid-up capital will be Rs. 8.52 billion.
