Mr. Tulasi Prasad Gautam has been elected as the Chairman in BOD of Himalayan Bank Limited. The BOD Meeting no. 381 dated February 12, 2020 has unanimously elected Mr. Gautam as the Chairman of the Bank. Newly elected Chairman Mr. Gautam has taken oath of secrecy in front of Deputy Governor Mr. Chintamani Siwakoti on Falgun 01, 2076 (i.e. February 13, 2020) amidst a function at Nepal Rastra Bank. During the ceremony, Director Mr. Faisal Noorali Lalani, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Ashoke SJB Rana and other Senior Executives were present.

Chairman Mr. Gautam represented in the BOD of HBL from founder shareholder Employee Provident Fund. Deputy Governor Mr. Siwakoti has congratulated Mr. Gautam and wished that Himalayan Bank continue to progress more and more during his tenure.
