Mr Prachanda Bahadur Shrestha, newly elected Chairman of Himalayan Bank Limted, has taken the Oath of Secrecy from Mr. Maha Prasad Adhikari, Governor, Nepal Rastra Bank today.

Mr. Shrestha has taken over his responsibility as the Chairman of the Bank right after completion of Oath. Mr. Ashoke Rana,  Chief Executive Officer along with Board Members and other Executives of the Bank has warmly welcomed the Chairman.

Mr. Shrestha was elected as the Chairman of the Bank from the 411^th Meeting of the Board of the Bank which was held on September 29, 2021, Wednesday.

He has been serving as the Director of the Bank to the BOD for last 19 years.
