The BOD Meeting no. 381 dated February 12, 2020 has unanimously elected Mr. Gautam as the Chairman of the Bank. Newly elected Chairman Mr. Gautam has taken oath of secrecy in front of Deputy Governor Mr. Chintamani Siwakoti .
